The Air Jordan 5 ‘Grape’ is scheduled to be released next year with a celebration of Jordan Brand’s 23rd anniversary. A few other Air Jordan 5s will be releasing such as the Air Jordan 5 ‘Fire Red’ but the highly anticipated Air Jordan 5 ‘Grape’ will finally make their second retro debut in the Summer of 2013. There hasn’t been any information on how different they will look from the 2006 version but you can be sure to know that these will definitely be a must cop.
AdolfoGomez Thanks man thats was an awesome story. But never seen any one wear purple and green together beside Barney. But thats cool it was the first non OG I guess that means something to someone. Still a horrible CW but to each his own.

Non-OG colorway? Grapes were released back in 1990 with the other OG 5's, then retro'd in 2006. They released a few months after the Fire Red and Black Metallics.
Really trying to understand the greatness in these. This is the worst color combo to me. I mean Barney could rock the heck out of these.
So the rumors are true. The V's are one of my favorite J's so this will be a definite cop. YES. LORD.

the grape colorway is one of the greatest. Guess you never heard of purple and green, anyway the grapes were made popular because they were the first NON-OG color way to be re-released and also was one of the pairs to start the quickstrike jordan tradition. Meaning these were one of the first people actually camped out for days and slaved over computers for. evolving into the obsessed crazed culture we are a part of today.
