It seems Apple isn’t content with gaining over $1 billion dollars from Samsung in their recent case concerning patents and design lawsuits as they are now asking for another $707 million. Apple filed a motion yesterday afternoon against Samsung asking for another $707 million in damages, on-top of the $1.05 billion it was awarded at the end of last month. They have broken down the amounts specifically, saying they want: “$400 million damage award for design infringement by Samsung; $135 million for willful infringement of its utility patents; $121 million in supplemental damages based on Samsung’s product sales not covered in the jury’s deliberation; and $50 million of prejudgment interest on damages through December 31,” according to Reuters.
