Jeff Decker is a vintage motorcycle sculptor who has collaborated with NEIGHBORHOOD a few years back and they have come together yet again for this 2012 Fall/Winter Collection. The collection consists of various items including graphic T-shirts, heavy knits, a stadium jacket, and other accessories with a vintage appeal.
