Jay-Z was spotted rocking Air Jordan III White Cement while with his lady Beyonce. He was seen carrying Blue Ivy for the first time on the streets. Hov was also spotted rocking the newly released Nike Air Yeezy 2 on stage with his partner Kanye West.
